Professionalization and expansion of operations in priority countries of the Czech Development Cooperation: Strengthening the evaluation and fundraising capacities of Agora CE
The project’s intention is to create a multi-year strategy for Agora CE’s operations abroad based on a previous external evaluation and thus contribute to a more systematic, targeted and high-quality implementation of foreign development cooperation. In line with this intention, the project has three objectives:
– To prepare an evaluation of the current operations of Agora CE and partners in Georgia, Moldova and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
– To create a strategy for Agora CE’s operations in the field of foreign development cooperation for the next 5 years and to start preparing new projects.
– To develop the knowledge and skills of Agora employees in the evaluation and design of new projects. The project outputs and training will be shared with other actors of foreign development cooperation. Long-standing partners of Agora CE in the target countries are collaborating on the project.
